Senior Program Manager – Strategic Procurement– JD
We are hiring senior program manager – strategic procurement expert with 10-12 years of experience. A strategic sourcing and procurement program manager will be responsible for vendor management, TCO led sourcing strategies, and cost-reduction initiatives across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor & Contract Management: Lead end-to-end contract negotiations, track supplier performance reviews, and conduct continuous vendor performance programs. End to end knowledge of contract management and thorough with source to contract process.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for indirect spend to optimize costs and quality. Total cost of ownership led negotiations will be critical for this role.
- Data Analysis: Use spend data analysis techniques to interpret data results, identify trends, and locate new cost improvement opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as an enabler to cross-functional stakeholders—including Legal, Finance, and Risk—to align purchasing decisions with procurement policies.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create intuitive visual representations using tools to make data accessible for senior management.
- Process Collaboration: Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure source to contract process is being followed in line with approved procurement policy.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure supply base resilience and adherence to rigorous third-party risk management (TPRM) enterprise frameworks
- Process & Technology Governance: Drive the adoption of modern procurement platforms (Digital RFQ/Sourcing request tools or to automate workflows and elevate data-driven buying)
- Lifecycle Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Shared Service Exposure: Experience defining standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and guidelines across multiple decentralized business units or regions.
- Program Governance: Value tracking, risk identification, and performance management frameworks.
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on capability with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and e-procurement platforms like Oracle,
Experience: 10-12 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement and contract lifecycle management.
