Responsible for leading cross-functional programs that support business transformation, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. Works independently to manage program execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation. Applies advanced knowledge of program management methodologies to deliver measurable outcomes and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Serves as a mentor to junior program staff and contributes to the continuous improvement of program delivery practices.
Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional programs that support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and business transformation
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, and resource allocations aligned with defined business goals
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure program alignment with organizational priorities and success metrics
- Apply program governance practices, tools, and reporting standards to monitor progress and ensure accountability
- Identify and address program risks, issues, and interdependencies across teams and functions
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure cohesive and timely program execution
- Deliver program updates and performance insights to senior stakeholders and governance forums
- Contribute to business case development and investment planning through data analysis and scenario modeling
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and governance standards
- Promote continuous improvement and change readiness within program teams
