The Senior Program Manager - HR Business Partner role will play a critical role in supporting the strategic HR Business Partners across multiple client groups. This role is specifically to support the organisation's People Priorities, driving a combination of OKR aligned projects and people projects designed to support specific functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- HRBP Program Development: Designing and implementing comprehensive programs to enhance the effectiveness of HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
- HRBP Enablement: Providing training, tools, and resources to equip HRBPs with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional HR services.
- Process Optimization: Streamlining HRBP processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyzing HRBP data to identify trends, measure program success, and inform decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with HRBPs, business leaders, and other stakeholders to drive HR initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR program management, strong business acumen, a deep understanding of HRBP functions, and a passion for driving business success through effective HR practices.
