Ericsson Philippines is growing! We are now looking for a Network Engineer that will be responsible for performing design optimization and audit of a network to meet customer requirements. The position is applicable for design & optimization of RAN, BBA, Transmission, Core, OM, and Services Networks. You will be engaged in the whole process from pre-sales of services and networks to service delivery andacceptance.The role focuses on executing design, audit, and optimization of services, where you will be accountable for part of the solution and of the service process. Hereby, you should be able to keep time, performance, and quality according to Ericsson requirements and customer contracts.
What you will do:• Keep track of ongoing Customer service request and ensure that concern is being addressed with the right priority• Analyze and troubleshoot to Handle and provide support in critical and Emergency cases when needed• Interface and Interact with the relevant stockholders within organization and ensure the timely progress on Customer service request for Critical/ Priority cases• Available to handle customer technical queries all the time and ensure timely response• Make constant efforts to be updated on relevant technical skills all the time• Good Working Relationship with Customer and Working groups• Take part in Operational review meetings as and when required• Provide technical support to Service delivery Manager in all respect• Participate and contribute during pre-sales engagement activities, if needed• Identify add-on sales opportunities• You will assist in the development of a service proposal• You will collect and detail customer requirements• Be exposed to technical solutions

Qualifications- Recent graduate or final-year student in Electronics and Communications Engineer, Data engineering, Computer Science or a related field. (2025/2026 Graduate)- Up to 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships, thesis projects, student leadership roles or part-time work in planning, analytics, PMO or coordination are highly valued).- Experience using Excel and at least one project or task planning tool (e.g. MS Project, Planner, Trello, or similar) is a plus.- Location: BGC Taguig- Target start date: July-August 2026

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Data Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • Up to 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships, thesis projects, student leadership, part-time work in planning, analytics, PMO or coordination)
  • Experience using Excel
