As a Production Planner, you'll play an integral role in our operations , you will oversee supply commitments, colaborate directly with factory production managers on commitments, and encourage ongoing process improvements. You'll efficiently manage aging inventory, align with various teams on demand and production schedules, and handle sales escalations.

What you'll be doing:

  • SAP PO Management: You will handle the management of Purchase Orders within the SAP system, ensuring smooth production.

  • SAP Transactions: Oversee the execution of SAP transactions within and between Contract Manufacturers (CM), ensuring seamless logistics and inventory management.

  • Implement innovative solutions using AI and LLMs to streamline planning processes; actively contribute to projects that automate routine tasks and enhance the depth of the team’s data analysis.

  • Building, Monitoring & Analyzing KPIs: You will be responsible for creating, tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators and processes, with a focus on enhancing production efficiency.

  • Mitigating Production Risks: Proactively identify potential production risks and devise strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smoothness operations.

  • Managing Supply Commitments: Oversee the delivery of supply commitments for various products, working closely with factory production managers to address and resolve any commit issue.

  • Driving Continuous Improvement: Take the lead in motivating the factory team towards constant improvements in processes and overall productivity.

  • Demand & Supply Planning Engagement: Collaborate with sales, logistics, and manufacturing teams to align demand and supply strategies, and to bridge any gaps between demand forecasts and production schedules.

  • Sales Escalations and Response: Serve as a key contact for sales escalations, providing efficient responses to maintain supply for heightened demand

  • Aging Inventory Management: Continually monitor and manage aging inventory to minimize obsolescence and waste, ensuring optimal stock turnover.

What we need to see:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain/operations, preferably with a background in production planning.

  • B.A./B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, logistics, or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in working with AI LLMs - must

  • Proven experience in working with advanced AI tools (Cursor , Aera , Palantir etc...) - significant advantage

  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, advanced planning software/ERP, and other business software applications.

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills – mandatory.

  • Prior experience in a high-pressure production environment with various constraints.

  • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and complex modeling skills.

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with senior management staff.

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
