We're looking for an experienced Senior Production Operative to join our busy Stores department at our Group's headquarters in Belton, Grantham.
Working closely with and as a key part of the Stores team, you'll be responsible for assisting the Stores Cell Leader and Logistics Manager with the daily management of the warehouse.
The successful individual will be confident in a supervisory role and skilled in warehouse operations as well as able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
Experience with warehouse operations is required.
Working hours are: Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30, and Friday 08:00-13:30 (37.5 working hours per week)

Responsibilities- Provide effective Leadership and motivate the Stores team
- Assist in Training and Development
- Deputise as Cell Leader when required
- Identify and resolve any issues where necessary
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of stock control and warehouse management
- Previous warehouse operations experience
- Confident with MS Office
- Confident with managing and supporting staff
- Operate FLT / Bendi and other Stores equipment (desirable, full training will be given)
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude to all colleagues and customers
