Deputise for the Site Manager to oversee daily EV battery remanufacturing production: plan shifts, lead and develop teams, ensure safety, quality and efficiency, diagnose and test EV batteries, manage stock and documentation, support process improvements, audits, and new product introductions.

Receive, test, diagnose, repair and prepare high-voltage EV batteries for dispatch. Record and report test results, support EV projects, store batteries safely, load shipments, operate forklift as required, and follow quality and H&S procedures on rotating shifts.

Coordinate administrative and logistical processes for EV battery movements: bookings, inventory, Goods In/Dispatch documentation, transport coordination, supplier setup, customer and dealership communication, quality/compliance record-keeping, and support site production and projects.
