We are seeking a Product Owner/Senior Product Owner who bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution. This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, translating them into actionable user stories, and managing the product backlog to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders (PMs, UX, Data, and Business teams) to gather and define business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and actionable software requirements and user stories.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
- Continuously refine and evolve product requirements based on feedback and changing business needs.
- Ensure requirements are consistent, unambiguous, and well-documented.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the development team, ensuring solutions deliver value.
- Support testing and validation efforts to ensure delivered features meet requirements.
- Define functional requirements for AI-enabled features, including expected behavior, input/output scenarios, fallback handling, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Establish clear acceptance criteria and evaluation measures for AI outputs, covering accuracy, relevance, consistency, safety, and acceptable quality thresholds.
- Collaborate with AI, engineering, QA, and business teams to refine prompts, identify edge cases, validate AI behavior, and maintain up-to-date AI feature documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software requirements engineering, product ownership, or business analysis.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and system analysis.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to break down complex business problems into structured technical solutions.
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Solid understanding of UX principles and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
- Experience defining, validating, or managing requirements for AI-enabled or generative AI products, including prompts, response behavior, edge cases, and fallback scenarios.
- Good understanding of generative AI concepts and limitations, including non-deterministic outputs, hallucinations, prompt sensitivity, guardrails, human review, and AI evaluation methods
