Aparıcı məhsul sahibi olaraq Sizin vəzifə öhdəlikləriniz:

• Rəqəmsal Strategiyanın həyata keçirilməsi ilə yanaşı strategiyada yeni istiqamətlərin yaradılmasında proaktiv olmaq;
• Əməkdaşlıq seqmentində əsas sahə üçün məhsul strategiyasına rəhbərlik etmək, habelə şirkət və müştərilərimiz üçün ən yaxşı xüsusiyyətləri müəyyən etmək üçün məhsul axtarış prosesinə rəhbərlik və təşviq etmək;
• Rəqəmsal Mühəndislik Liderləri, digər Rəqəmsal Məhsul Sahibləri, Data Liderləri və digər müvafiq maraqlı tərəflərlə məhsulların tədarükünə təsir edən bir çox sahələrdə çevik və rəqəmsal transformasiyanı dəstəkləmək üçün sıx işgüzar münasibətlər qurmaq;
• Sizin seqmentiniz səviyyəsində Əsas Fəaliyyət Göstəricilərinə (ƏFG) nail olmaq üçün əsas məhsul təşəbbüslərinin prioritetini müəyyənləşdirmək;
• Problemin kökündə duran səbəbləri müəyyən etmək üçün daxili və xarici maraqlı tərəflər arasında sorğu keçirmək, "AS-IS" (Olduğu kimi) Şəxslərin profillərini hazırlamaq, eləcə də Müştərilərin Səyahət Xəritələrini (CJM) təhlil etmək və onları Gələcək (TO-BE) Şəxslərdə və CJM axınlarında əks etdirmək;
• Öz məhsul ilə yanaşı digər məhsulların yol xəritəsinin hazırlanmasında, habelə məhsullar arasında asılılıqları müəyyən etmək və onların həll edilməsində digər məhsul komandalara dəstək göstərmək;
• Dizayn və istifadəçi interfeysi sayəsində İstifadəçi Təcrübəsinin yüksək keyfiyyətini təmin etmək;
• Xüsusiyyətləri prioritetləşdirmək, görülməmiş işlərdə dəstək göstərmək və məhsulun konsepsiyasını həyata keçirmək üçün funksiyaların inkişafını istiqamətləndirmək üçün mühəndislərlə işləmək;
• Layihələrin faktiki olaraq həyata keçirilməsinə və tapşırıqların yerinə yetirilməsinə praktiki təcrübə və biliklər əlavə etmək;
• Çevik düşüncə tərzinə, dizayn düşüncəsinə və ümumilikdə "fərqli" atmosferə təkan vermək və onları həyata keçirmək;
• Bütün təşkilata rəqəmsal texnologiyalarla bağlı ideya və təşəbbüslərin hazırlanması və qurulması üçün "universal daxili məsləhətçi" kimi xidmət etmək; 
• Məhsul Menecerlərini maraqlı tərəflərlə ünsiyyət və onların idarə edilməsi sahəsində öyrətmək və dəstəkləmək üçün məhsul inkişafı üzrə şəxsi təcrübədən istifadə etmək; 
• Qrupun mövcud əməliyyat üsullarını davamlı inkişafda saxlayaraq müşahidə etmək və təkmilləşdirmək;
• Komandaları mövcud məhdudiyyətlərin dəyişdirilməsində və ya aradan qaldırmasında qarşılarında duran maneələri tanımağa təşviq etmək;
• Komandalara məlumatların, komanda sağlamlığının və əsas müvəffəqiyyət göstəricilərinin əhəmiyyətini göstərmək;
• Dəyişikliklərin tərəfdarı olmaq və komandaları təşkilati dəyişikliklər vasitəsilə yönləndirmək;
• Komandaların məhsula deyil, nəticəyə yönəlmiş olmasına, habelə proqnozlaşdırıla bilən və müstəqil olmasına kömək etmək;
• "Agile" kouçlardan ibarət geniş bir strukturun mühim bir hissəsi olmaq.

• Ali təhsil;
• Müəyyən sahələrdə peşəkarliq (dərəcələri) - Konsaltinq, İdarəetmə Konsaltinqi, Proseslərin Optimizasiyası, Məhsulların İdarə Edilməsi, Rəqəmsal Texnologiyalar;
• İş təcrübəsi(Telekommunikasiya, Bank işi və Pərakəndə ticarət sahəsində Strategiya, Rəqəmsal Strategiya, Proseslərin Transformasiyası üzrə 5 ildən artıq İdarəetmə Konsaltinqi təcrübəsi və ya göstərilən sahələrdə 8 ildən artıq praktiki təcrübə);
• Azərbaycan, ingilis, rus dili biliyi;
• Məhsulun idarə edilməsi təcrübəsi;
• Bazar Araşdırması və Müştəri Anlayışları;
• Maraqlı tərəflərin idarə edilməsi;
• Buraxılışın Planlaşdırılması və İcrası;
• Maliyyə anlayışı;
• Liderlik və mentorluq bacarığı

Senior Product Owner

Division: Digitalization and Customer Experience Division

Working schedule: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00. Based on the nature of the work you will be able to work from the office and from home

Your responsibilities as Senior Product Owner:

• Execute Digital Strategy and be proactive in creating new directions in strategy;
• Lead product strategy for a key area in the Engagement segment as well as Lead, and advocate the product discovery process to identify the best opportunities for the company and our customers;
• Build a close working relationship with Digital Engineering Leaders, other Digital Product Owners, Data Leaders, and other relevant stakeholders to support agile & digital transformation in multiple areas with the impact on product delivery;
• Prioritize key product initiatives to deliver against your segment-level KPIs;
• Interview internal and external stakeholders to identify the root causes of problems, design AS-IS Persona profiles as well as Customer Journey Mappings (CJM), turn analyses into insights, and reflect them in TO-BE Persona and CJM flows;
•  You have to provide support in preparing other products' roadmap along with own product and also to define dependencies between products and help other product teams to resolve them;
• Ensure a high-quality user experience by partnering deeply with Design and User Experience;
• Work with engineers to prioritize features, maintain the backlog, and guide feature development to bring the product vision to life;
• Bring hands-on experience and expertise in actual project implementation and tasks execution;
• Drive and implement agile mindset, design thinking, and overall “out of the box” ambiance;
• Serve to the whole organization as “internal consultant-generalist” for designing and structuring digital-related ideas and initiatives;
•  Use your product development experience to coach & support Product Managers in communication and stakeholder management;
• Observe and improve the group’s current ways of working supporting them in their continuous improvement;
•  Encourage the teams to recognize their impediments as opportunities to change or dissolve existing constraints;
• Show teams the importance of data-drivenness, team health, and key success metrics;
• Be an advocate for change & guide teams through organizational change;
• Help teams become predictable, independent, and outcome rather than output focused;
• Form an important part of the broader community of agile coaches.

Position requirements:

• Specific areas of expertise (Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Optimization, Product Management, Digital, Technology);
• Work experience (5+ years of Management Consulting experience within Telco, Banking, and Retail industry in Strategy, Digital Strategy, and Process Transformation fields or 8+ years of functional experience within mentioned fields);
• Azerbaijani, English, Russian language skills;
• Product Management Experience;
• Market Research and Customer Insights;
• Stakeholder Management Experience;
• Release Planning and Execution Experience;
• Financial Acumen Experience;
• Leadership and Mentoring Skills.
