Join as a Junior ERP Developer to support and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP: write SQL/PLSQL, assist integrations (OIC), help develop BI/OTBI reports, provide first-line support, test enhancements, prepare technical documentation, and collaborate with senior developers and functional consultants while continuously learning.

Analyze finance business requirements and design/configure Oracle Fusion/EBS finance solutions. Lead requirements sessions, prepare functional specs, support SIT/UAT and go-live, coordinate integrations, reporting and data migration, and ensure handover to support.

Conduct market monitoring and competitor analysis, prepare periodic and ad-hoc research reports, design surveys and manage data cleaning, support BI/DWH and data mining projects, and produce weekly, monthly and yearly commercial reports for management.

Provide functional support for ERP Procurement and SCM modules: analyze business requirements, produce OUM-aligned functional specs, configure and test modules, resolve user issues, design solutions, run performance tests, and train end-users.

Provide onsite and remote IT support: install, configure and maintain desktops/laptops, printers, scanners, IP phones and projectors; troubleshoot Windows and Office issues; support LAN/Wi‑Fi connectivity; perform 24x7 on‑call support, travel to group sites as needed, follow IT policies and ensure password confidentiality and incident escalation.

Develop, customize and support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions: implement integrations (OIC), build SQL/PLSQL code, create BI Publisher/OTBI reports, maintain REST/SOAP services, troubleshoot production, document via Oracle OUM, and collaborate with functional teams to improve business processes.

Manage and optimize operational activities across business streams, monitor KPIs and budgets, mitigate risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, implement strategic initiatives, and deliver regular performance reports to management.
