About the team and role
GBG Go Product Team
GBG Go is our all-in-one identity platform with complete global coverage, powerful capabilities, and adaptive journeys that flex to every market, so customers can grow safely, build trust, and save time and money with compliance. With access to 80+ identity, fraud and risk modules customers can go to market worldwide with adaptive customer journeys while navigating compliance and protecting against fraud – now and in the future.
The GBG Go product team is a cross‑functional, delivery‑focused group of product managers, designers, engineers, and data specialists who work collaboratively to drive adoption, optimise customer outcomes, and expand Go’s capabilities across GBG’s global markets.
Senior Product Owner
As Senior Product Owner, you will help to drive the end‑to‑end roadmap for key capability areas within GBG Go. You will work closely with engineering, UX, data teams, and commercial stakeholders to translate market opportunities, customer needs, and business strategy into a clear set of requirements, priorities, and outcomes.
What you will do
- Own the product backlog key GBG Go initiatives ensuring clarity, prioritisation, and alignment to strategy.
- Work collaboratively with engineering leaders to plan, refine and deliver high‑quality product increments.
- Engage with customers, prospects, market research and usage data to shape roadmap decisions.
- Monitor success metrics to drive value, adoption and performance.
- Build strong internal relationships for cohesive go‑to‑market execution.
- Champion the voice of the customer and represent Go in cross‑portfolio initiatives.
- Contribute to long‑term strategic planning and capability evolution.
Requirements
Skills we are looking for
- Significant experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in SaaS.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms or workflow‑driven products.
- Proven ability to define requirements, lead discovery, and execute roadmaps.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data‑driven mindset and experience using analytics for decision‑making.
- Experience delivering globally scaled products.
- Passion for building products that enhance trust and digital access.
