About the Role
We are looking for a Product Owner to continue and accelerate the growth of our platform. As a Product owner at Kyte, you will be end-to-end responsible for a functional scope of the product and will work in close collaboration with multiple and various stakeholders to assure this scope meets the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall Product and Business strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research, engage regularly with customers, and organize workshops to identify key priorities and opportunities.
- Keep the product backlog current, accurately reflecting priorities and balancing major new feature initiatives with smaller enhancements.
- Design product features and write clear specifications for the development team to implement.
- Collaborate closely and consistently with the development team to facilitate efficient planning, implementation, and validation of product features.
- Communicate frequently with internal stakeholders and your team to drive adoption of new product features and maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Determine and coordinate the most effective go-live approach for all projects.
- Monitor post-launch adoption of new features and projects through data analysis and user feedback to ensure objectives are met and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to overall strategic product planning and help shape the product vision.
About you:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Technology, plus at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in English.
- Requirements Analysis: Able to understand and structure customer and stakeholder needs and challenges.
- Solution-Oriented: Creative and pragmatic problem solver.
- UX/UI Design: Basic knowledge of design principles and user experience is advantageous.
- Project Management: Capable of effectively managing tasks, timelines, and project milestones.
- Data Analysis: Experienced in interpreting data to support informed decision-making.
- Communication: Skilled in conveying both technical and business requirements and constraints clearly.
