Senior Product Owner

Your Role:

• Manage and coordinate the Development Team structured on the Agile framework

• Maximizing the value of the product and the work of the Development Team

• Effectively work on the Development Team backlog, setup priorities, refine and communicate backlog items

• Manage the product roadmap dedicated for Smart Vehicle Architecture

• Be responsible of on time delivery for every platform program where the development team is involved

• Manage estimation and plans for upcoming features and projects.

• Manage risks on the Development Team Level

• Manage internal and external stakeholders

• Report and escalate issues in case of non achievable targets

• Drive the compliance with Quality Assurance (QA), Program Management (ADP – Advance Development Process , TDP - Technology development Process) and Global SPICE Compliant Process (GSCP)

• Participation in A-SPICE Audits

• Mentoring and on-boarding new Product Owners

Your Background:

• BSc or MSc degree in Electronics or Computer Science or related

• Strong entrepreneurial attitude, high level of motivation and dedication

• Team oriented work experience, leadership and communication skills

• Experience in Software or System Engineering

• Certificate in Professional Scrum Product Owner

• Experience in Product Owner/Function Owner role (2 years)

• Experience in the full project life-span

• Project Management skills (methods, tools)

• Methodical approach to problem solving

• Knowledge in Software Quality Assurance Processes

• Good communication in English (both written and spoken)

• Automotive background
