We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our team and lead the development of modern digital products within a complex Agile environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining product direction, prioritising business needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital solutions that create measurable business value. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, development teams, UX specialists, and Agile delivery teams to drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and continuous improvement.
- Lead the development and prioritisation of digital products and services
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and development priorities
- Define and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery priorities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Drive Agile product development using Scrum, SAFe, or similar methodologies
- Establish and improve product management and team ways of working
- Support planning, prioritisation, and delivery processes across Agile teams
- Ensure product development aligns with business objectives and enterprise architecture
- Monitor product performance and measure business value and delivery outcomes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, planning sessions, and product reviews
- Support continuous improvement and organisational change initiatives
- Produce and maintain product documentation and roadmap artefacts
Requirements
- 9+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Digital Product Development
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Lead, or similar role
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, translating business needs into product requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in Agile environments using Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks
- Experience leading product planning, prioritisation, and delivery processes
- Experience improving ways of working within Agile development teams
- Experience leading business value and outcome-driven product initiatives
- Experience driving organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent facilitation, leadership, and decision-making abilities
- Professional proficiency in Swedish and English
Nice to Have
- Experience working with digital platforms or public sector digital services
- Experience collaborating with enterprise architecture teams
- Experience with Agile product management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
