Manage end-to-end IT project delivery for complex technology and business transformation initiatives. Define scope, schedule, budget, governance, and resource plans; coordinate cross-functional teams; monitor risks, issues, KPIs and finances; facilitate Agile ceremonies and steering committees; produce executive reports and ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end requirements analysis for procuring and implementing a modern case management system in a public-sector environment. Responsibilities include current- and target-state analysis, process mapping, stakeholder workshops, business and technical requirements development, use cases, acceptance criteria, prioritization, traceability, change management, and procurement documentation. The role also addresses information security, logging, data protection, and collaboration across business, legal, architecture, and IT stakeholders.

Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, data models, and datasets. Translate business requirements into reporting solutions, liaise between stakeholders and the internal BI team, integrate data from HR, finance, and attendance systems, and independently own deliverables while supporting or leading a small group.

Lead frontend architecture and build enterprise-scale Angular applications. Develop reusable component libraries, translate Figma designs, integrate with REST APIs, mentor engineers, support CI/CD and deployments, and drive frontend modernization and best practices across teams.

Design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications. Implement and enhance features, integrate RESTful APIs, write clean code, perform unit testing and debugging, optimize performance, participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly mobile solutions.
