Lead complex IT projects within the Swedish public sector from initiation through delivery. Plan and govern projects, manage budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders. Coordinate technical teams, suppliers, and senior management, run workshops and steering committees, support requirements analysis and implementation, and ensure documentation and quality standards for successful digital transformation outcomes.
