Ensure data quality, security, harmonisation, and performance; support surveillance, monitoring, reporting, and produce technical architecture artifacts and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end delivery of cross-functional business and technology projects, coordinating stakeholders across units, defining and tracking plans, managing scope, risks, issues, and change requests, preparing status reports, ensuring governance, and improving project management practices.

Lead cross-functional transformation and operational improvement initiatives by analysing processes, mapping and reengineering workflows, gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and coordinating project activities. Translate business needs into implementation roadmaps, prepare executive reporting, and collaborate with project managers, product owners, and technology teams to drive scalable, technology-enabled change.

Perform manual testing to validate business requirements, design and execute test cases, document and report defects, collaborate with development and business teams, and support QA process improvements to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI. Develop backend services and REST APIs, integrate AI into enterprise software, optimize scalability and reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI use cases and architecture.
