Job DescriptionThe Salesforce Senior Product Owner role combines strategic vision, business workshop facilitation, Agile oversight and project management. This role is aimed at an experienced Salesforce Product Owner.
💡 YOUR MISSIONS
As a e Salesforce Senior Product Owner (M/F), you operate across both strategic and operational dimensions.
- Facilitate business and functional workshops
- Gather, analyse and formalise requirements into a backlog for integration teams
- Ensure change management with users
- Provide advisory and expertise to stakeholders
- Oversee testing phases, lead data migration and participate in go-live activities
- Ensure the application of Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Manage priorities, planning and project organisation
- Ensure project leadership (monitoring, coordination, reporting)
- Confirmed experience in managing complex, multi-task projects.
- Excellent mastery of the Salesforce ecosystem (minimum 2 clouds).
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) appreciated.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
- Very good knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Natural leadership and ability to unite.
- Clear communication, adapted to different stakeholders.
