Amplify is seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Senior Product Marketing Specialist, Core Literacy to join our team for a five-month contract role. The Senior Product Marketing Specialist will support product marketing initiatives for Amplify CKLA, with an emphasis on crafting marketing collateral and sales resources.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner, collaborates well, communicates and writes effectively, and prioritizes to meet the needs of competing demands. **This is a contract position**

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Write and develop marketing collateral and sales resources. This person will play a central role in the development of marketing materials to support the sales team for Amplify’s core literacy, including writing and editing long-form content. This person will oversee the development of new materials from start to finish, including drafting, editing, soliciting stakeholder feedback, and working with the Design team to create a polished deliverable.

  • Supporting ongoing project prioritization. This person will assist the core literacy product marketing team in ensuring that the most important projects are prioritized to meet sales needs. This means actively maintaining the roadmap of projects and working with team members to evaluate the status and relative priority of each project on an ongoing basis.

  • Researching competitors and delivering intelligence. This person will understand the competitive landscape by researching competitor programs and delivering actionable intelligence to the sales and marketing teams. 

  • Supporting web page creation and optimization. This person will participate in advancing Amplify’s organic presence by creating copy and design for new web pages, and helping optimize existing web pages. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of marketing experience

  • Experience writing and editing marketing materials

  • Experience coordinating and communicating with multiple stakeholders at varying levels of an organization

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Experience teaching or presenting Amplify CKLA

  • Marketing experience in education publishing or ed-tech

  • Experience marketing elementary literacy programs

  • Experience marketing products to schools and districts

Compensation:
The hourly rate range for this role is $40.00-$50.00.
