We’re hiring Senior Product Marketing Managers to work closely with our Directors of Product across key product lines, including EOR, Embedded & AI Products, and Managed Services. 

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of how products and features are brought to market — ensuring clear messaging, strong commercial impact, and cross-functional alignment. You will work closely with a Director of Product, contributing insight and expertise that strengthens product strategy, while independently driving the go-to-market execution required to achieve adoption and revenue outcomes. 

You will elevate our narrative, sharpen our positioning, and ensure our products are understood, valued, and successful in the market. 

 

What you will be responsible for: 

  • Take full ownership of go-to-market execution for product and feature launches, ensuring strong collaboration across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. 

  • Translate product direction into compelling value propositions, and narratives for buyers and users. 

  • Create high-impact content including pitch decks, solution briefs, web copy, demo scripts, FAQs, onboarding materials, and sales tools. 

  • Build and deliver sales enablement tools and training that lift field confidence and capability. 

  • Maintain and refine buyer personas, customer journeys, and use case clarity for your product area. 

  • Work closely with Marketing to shape awareness, nurturing, and advocacy programmes that drive adoption and retention. 

  • Monitor launch performance, usage patterns, and GTM metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation. 

  • Provide insight and analysis that strengthens business cases, pricing proposals, and commercial strategy. 

  • Build strong relationships across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure consistent execution and alignment. 

  • Bring proactive recommendations to the Director of Product on improvements in messaging, enablement, or GTM strategy. 

 

What will give you an advantage: 

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or GTM roles ideally within B2B SaaS. 

  • Deep skill in narrative development, messaging and simplifying complex concepts. 

  • Experience working closely with product development teams.  

  • Strong analytical abilities - comfortable interpreting usage data, market research, and commercial insight. 

  • Experience partnering with Sales and delivering high-quality enablement. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of accuracy and clarity.
