Senior Product Marketing Manager

Our founding team met while building Coinbase Custody, the world’s largest and most secure crypto custodian. The products we’ve built across the industry have been responsible for protecting over $100B of crypto.

Our technical team is remote-first, but all non-technical team members are based out of our headquarters in NYC. We value in-person collaboration and organize regular offsites to bring the team together.

We operate as a lean organization where each person is empowered to take full ownership over their work and results. Our company is low on hierarchy and unnecessary meetings, and high on personal agency.

As Product Marketing Manager at Turnkey, you'll be responsible for bringing our products to market—shaping how they're positioned, communicated, and adopted by our customers. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, design, and sales, helping us scale our go-to-market engine with crisp storytelling, smooth launches, and standout customer experiences. You will:

• Own product messaging and positioning, translating technical features into compelling narratives for developers and enterprises.

• Manage product launches end-to-end—planning, execution, and internal coordination — across web, email, social, etc.

• Partner closely with Product and Design to influence roadmap, naming, and UX with customer insights and market context.

• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales and Marketing to align product marketing with broader company goals.

• Create content that explains our products clearly—docs, landing pages, blog posts, and more.

• Lead select co-marketing initiatives with customers and ecosystem partners.

• Share learnings with product teams to inform roadmap and improve experiences.

• Track and analyze adoption metrics and campaign performance to refine strategy.

• Contribute to building our product marketing playbook from the ground up.

• 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in a developer tooling or B2B SaaS environment.

• Strong written communicator with a knack for simplifying complex technical concepts.

• Demonstrated ability to drive launches from zero to one in close collaboration with product and design.

• Experience building marketing plans for technical products, including messaging, positioning, and content strategy.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.

• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys taking ownership.

• Sharp sense of product quality and empathy for end users—especially developers.

• Data-driven mindset with a comfort in reporting and light analysis.

• You’ve marketed infrastructure or API-first products to technical audiences.

• You have crypto experience, or have personally experimented with onchain tools.

• You’ve worked at a fast-moving startup.
