The Role

At PrizePicks, we are the fastest-growing sports company in North America, as recognized by Inc. 5000. As the leading platform for Daily Fantasy Sports, we cover a diverse range of sports leagues, including the NFL, NBA, and Esports titles like League of Legends and Counter-Strike. Our team of over 450 employees thrives in an inclusive culture that values individuals from diverse backgrounds, regardless of their level of sports fandom. Ready to reimagine the DFS industry together?

Job Overview

Free-to-Play (F2P) is a strategic growth engine for PrizePicks—expanding our platform’s reach, engagement, and lifetime value beyond real-money gaming. As we scale nationally, F2P will play a pivotal role in building daily sports rituals for a broader, more diverse audience.

We’re looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, F2P to own the business and marketing strategy for our F2P division. This role isn’t just about launch plans—it’s about driving business outcomes: growing adoption, increasing session frequency, optimizing monetization, and extending customer lifetime value. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Reinvestment, Analytics, Growth, and Creative—translating product innovation into tangible commercial impact.

This is an ideal role for a strategic, analytical product marketer who can balance creativity with commercial rigor—and who’s ready to take ownership of one of PrizePicks' highest-potential verticals.

What you’ll do:
  • Own the Free-to-Play Business GTM Strategy: Lead the full go-to-market and growth strategy for all Free-to-Play games and features. Set priorities, define KPIs, align stakeholders, and drive coordinated execution across teams.
  • Develop and Optimize Revenue & Engagement Models: Partner with Reinvestment, Analytics, Finance and Product to design in-game economies, reward systems, and monetization strategies that maximize player retention, frequency, and optional upsell to real-money play.
  • Drive Business Growth: Set and own aggressive targets around F2P adoption, active user growth, engagement rates, ARPU contribution, and progression funnel metrics. Build marketing plans tied directly to bottom-line performance.
  • Collaborate on Product Development: Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers to shape roadmap priorities and feature design. Ensure new launches are built with player needs and commercial outcomes in mind.
  • Define the Product Narrative: Craft clear, compelling messaging frameworks that communicate the value, details and offering. Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market communications that clearly articulate the value proposition of each F2P experience to different customer segments.
  • Launch and Scale Campaigns: Lead & coordinate the cross functional development of the creation of launch plans, promotional strategies, media plans, lifecycle programs, and in-app journeys and marketing initiatives that scale new F2P products from early adopters to mass engagement.
  • Track Performance & Optimize: Define KPIs for feature launches and promotional efforts. Monitor adoption, session frequency, retention, and LTV—refining GTM and engagement strategies based on insights.
  • Drive Engagement and Retention: Partner with Lifecycle, Reinvestment and Product teams to design and optimize player journeys, promotional loops, and in-game reward structures that drive frequent play and community participation.
  • Fuel Creative Campaigns: Translate F2P experiences into inspiring creative briefs that fuel content across paid media, CRM, social, product marketing, in-app, and community channels.
  • Champion Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive collaboration between Product, Reinvestment, Finance, Growth, Creative, Lifecycle, and Analytics teams to ensure smooth, impactful launches and ongoing momentum for F2P products.
  • Surface Trends & Player Insights: Stay plugged into free-to-play gaming, sports culture, and engagement-driven product trends. Conduct competitive audits and bring forward new opportunities for gameplay innovation.
What you have:
  • 6–8+ years in product marketing, consumer tech, or gaming—ideally with experience launching new products and platforms (free-to-play games, a plus)
  • Proven success owning GTM strategies with measurable impact on business KPIs (adoption, engagement, monetization, retention)
  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable setting targets, building dashboards, interpreting product analytics, and making data-driven decisions
  • Commercial mindset with strong understanding of LTV, ARPU, retention curves, and progression funnels
  • Ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and drive alignment across product, revenue, and marketing teams
  • Excellent messaging, storytelling, and creative briefing skills to translate complex product mechanics into clear, compelling campaigns
  • Passion for innovation in gaming, fan engagement, and loyalty dynamics
Where you’ll live:
  • This is a hybrid position based at our PrizePicks headquarters in Atlanta, GA. #LI-Hybrid
