The Role

As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager on the Growth Team, you will take the reins in developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives product awareness, adoption, and customer engagement/retention (including both B2C, and B2B). This is a unique opportunity to lead the entire marketing strategy independently, making a direct impact on our growth trajectory.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement across various channels.
  • Strategic Vision: Develop long-term marketing strategies that align with business goals, leveraging insights to anticipate market shifts and customer needs.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Own the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature enhancements, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Create compelling messaging and positioning for products that resonates with target audiences, differentiating Navan in the marketplace.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, analyze performance data, and iterate on strategies to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, customer feedback, and market demands.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to inform product development and refine marketing strategies.
  • Bias for Action: Foster a culture of urgency and proactivity within the team, ensuring quick turnaround on initiatives without sacrificing quality.
  • Flawless Execution: Take ownership of all marketing initiatives, ensuring that campaigns are executed seamlessly and on schedule, with a keen eye for detail.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;
  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a growth-oriented environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
