The Tractian Marketing team bridges the gap between our products and the technical audiences we serve. Product Marketing sits close to Product, Sales, Growth, and Customer teams to define how our technology is positioned, understood, and sold.
We turn product strategy, customer insight, competitive intelligence, and commercial evidence into messaging that helps the market understand why Tractian matters and helps our teams sell that value consistently across regions and channels.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will help define how Tractian is understood, positioned, and sold across acquisition and customer growth.
Our products are technically sophisticated, and our Sales organization operates in complex, consultative buying processes. Your job is to turn that complexity into a sharp commercial story that connects product capabilities to the operational and financial outcomes customers care about.
You will own a meaningful part of our go-to-market foundation, from positioning and value propositions to how we package the story for different buyers, markets, and stages of the customer journey.
You will stay close to real revenue conversations and bring those signals back into the business. Sales calls, wins and losses, customer feedback, competitive moves, and product usage should all make our next decision better.
This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who can build a strong point of view, challenge assumptions, influence Product and GTM decisions, and turn strategy into work teams can actually use.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve product positioning, messaging, and value propositions, with enough depth to adapt the story by ICP, persona, segment, and industry when the buying context calls for it.
- Define the messaging Sales uses across the buying journey, including talk tracks, value drivers, proof points, objection handling, and executive narratives. Partner with Sales Enablement to turn that foundation into usable seller guidance.
- Help shape go-to-market architecture, including how products and capabilities are packaged, sequenced, and introduced to different customer groups. Bring customer value and commercial evidence into pricing and packaging discussions.
- Analyze sales calls, deal data, win and loss patterns, customer feedback, competitive signals, and market shifts. Turn recurring patterns into changes in positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy.
- Make us meaningfully better in competitive deals. Study how competitors show up, where they are winning, where their story breaks, and how Tractian can position more clearly and more aggressively when the deal is ours to win.
- Bring market, customer, and competitive evidence back into Product early enough to matter. Help teams understand how new capabilities may affect positioning, adoption, and commercial opportunity before they reach the market. Also run interviews with users go get more face-to-face insights.
- Adapt global positioning and go-to-market strategy to regional realities, using local customer behavior, competitive dynamics, sectors, and sales patterns to improve market fit.
- Create the commercial assets needed to make the strategy usable, from pitch decks and battlecards to customer stories, value frameworks, and executive-facing narratives. Work with Growth, Content, Creative, Field Marketing, and Customer teams to keep the core story consistent across channels.
- Track how new capabilities are understood and used after launch, then feed those learnings back into positioning, Sales messaging, and future go-to-market decisions.
- Support product launches by developing messaging and positioning that promote new features in alignment with the product’s overall positioning.
- Move quickly from insight to execution. Use AI as a force multiplier for research, call analysis, competitive intelligence, synthesis, drafting, prototyping, and iteration, without lowering the quality of the thinking behind the work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, GTM Strategy, or a closely related B2B discipline.
- Strong experience with complex B2B or technical products, ideally in consultative sales environments with multiple stakeholders and meaningful deal sizes.
- Evidence that you have shaped positioning, go-to-market strategy, or sales behavior in a way that affected how a product was understood or sold.
- Excellent positioning and messaging judgment. You can connect product capabilities to customer problems, measurable outcomes, and a clear reason to buy across different personas and market contexts.
- Strong commercial instinct and analytical discipline. You are comfortable working close to customers, pipeline, competitors, sales conversations, and both qualitative and quantitative evidence.
- Experience contributing to go-to-market decisions such as segmentation, packaging, pricing, launch strategy, or market entry is highly valued.
- Strong cross-functional judgment. You can form a point of view, defend it with evidence, influence Product and GTM teams, absorb disagreement, and change direction when the evidence changes.
- Strong hands-on execution. Seniority here still means doing the work. You should be able to turn an ambiguous commercial problem into a recommendation, analysis, talk track, or first version of an asset yourself.
- High curiosity. You are expected to understand the product, customer, industry, competitor, and sales process well enough to form your own conclusions.
- Strong AI fluency. You follow how AI is changing research, analysis, and Product Marketing workflows, and you use modern tools to build and iterate faster while keeping the work grounded in customer evidence, product reality, market context, and commercial data.
- Strong English for daily collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.
Bonus Points
- Experience in industrial technology, manufacturing, hardware and software, IoT, or another technical B2B category with complex enterprise or mid-market sales cycles.
- Experience owning or materially improving competitive intelligence, win and loss analysis, or deal-support programs.
- Experience using conversation-intelligence tools such as Gong to inform messaging, enablement, or go-to-market strategy.
- Experience with customer expansion motions, cross-sell or upsell, or adapting go-to-market strategy across different regions and markets.

- Education and courses stipend
- Earn a trip anywhere in the world every 4 years
- R$1.035/month for meals allowance
- Health plan with national coverage and without coparticipation
