Meet the Team
As Senior Product Marketing Manager for our wireless and MCU products, you will join the Product Marketing & Catalog organization and serve as a key leader driving major product marketing initiatives from concept through execution. You will synthesize voice-of-market insights into actionable portfolio and go-to-market priorities, align cross-functional teams, and build repeatable mechanisms that scale customer adoption and success in targeted markets as well as the mass market. This role requires regular collaboration with global teams across multiple time zones, which may occasionally necessitate flexibility in working hours outside of standard business hours.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive outbound product marketing for the Silicon Labs MCU and proprietary wireless portfolios, delivering clear positioning and messaging that increase product adoption, pipeline influence, and win rates
- Partner with business units, product management, and corporate marketing to plan and execute go-to-market and demand-generation programs that improve conversion, attach rates, and overall sales productivity across priority markets
- Translate customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends into actionable inputs for product strategy, go-to-market plans, and future roadmaps, ensuring alignment to growth and adoption objectives
- Develop high-impact product marketing and sales enablement assets including competitive analyses, demonstrations, white papers, and technical collateral, and drive measurable improvements in content usage, sales effectiveness, and customer engagement
- Enable sales and applications engineering teams in strategic customer engagements with strong value propositions, technical positioning, and messaging that accelerate opportunity progression and improve win rates
- Lead product launch readiness across cross-functional teams, ensuring messaging, collateral, training, and tools are in place to support successful launches and rapid market adoption
- Monitor and analyze product health and performance metrics including adoption, pipeline creation, conversion, attach rates, pricing trends, and win rates, and translate insights into recommendations and actions that improve business outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in wireless product marketing and/or product managment with demonstrated impact on product adoption, pipeline growth, or go-to-market execution
- Deep understanding of one or more wireless protocols including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 802.15.4, and other short- and long-range wireless technologies, applied to real customer use cases and market positioning
- Strong working knowledge of embedded systems, including hardware, software, microcontrollers, and semiconductors, enabling effective technical positioning and customer engagement
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively, with experience influencing outcomes in cross-functional environments spanning product management, sales, engineering, and marketing
- Experience developing product, technology, and sales enablement collateral that supports customer understanding, sales productivity, and successful product launches
- Self-directed and detail-oriented, with the ability to own initiatives end-to-end and drive them to completion in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Sub-GHz wireless SoCs, 8-bit and 32-bit MCUs, and system architectures, applied to portfolio positioning or market segmentation
- Familiarity with embedded wireless modules and partner ecosystems that accelerate customer time-to-market, including module vendors, platform integrations, and toolchains
- Experience contributing to pricing and packaging strategies, portfolio planning, or portfolio rationalization efforts tied to market outcomes
- Strong analytical skills, including experience building business cases or analyses tied to adoption funnels, customer acquisition, conversion, and profitability
- Understanding of developer workflows and enablement systems such as documentation, onboarding flows, reference designs, training, and community engagement, with an appreciation for their impact on adoption and customer success
