Senior Product Marketing Manager, Partners & Ecosystem

WEKA is the AI data and memory infrastructure company transforming how organizations build, run, and scale AI. NeuralMesh™ combines high-performance data storage and extended GPU memory in a single software platform, providing a foundation for training, inference, and agentic AI workloads that maximizes GPU productivity, accelerates AI outcomes, and improves the economics of AI at scale.

WEKA is a pre-IPO, growth-stage company backed by world-class venture capital investors and AI infrastructure leaders. Our technology is trusted by 30% of the Fortune 50, as well as leading hyperscalers, neoclouds, AI builders, and research organizations. Our team is customer-obsessed, accountable, bold, and collaborative, with a shared focus on helping customers succeed. If we sound like your kind of people, join us!

About The Role

WEKA is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for our growing partner ecosystem across technology, cloud, neocloud, OEM, and channel partners. You’ll help shape how WEKA goes to market with industry leaders including AMD, AWS, Computacenter, CoreWeave, Databricks, Google Cloud, Hitachi Vantara, Microsoft Azure, Nebius, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Supermicro, WWT, and others.

This is a product marketing role focused on partners, not a traditional partner marketing or program management position. You will own the positioning, joint narratives, content, launches, enablement, and joint go-to-market strategy that turn WEKA's partner relationships and technical integrations into compelling solutions for customers. Our Alliances and field teams will drive partner engagement and program execution. You'll give them the strategy, story, content, and tools to make those efforts successful.

Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you'll work closely with Product, Alliances, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing, as well as product and marketing teams at our partners, to define joint value propositions, develop differentiated solution stories, bring new integrations and solutions to market, and equip WEKA and partner sellers to win.

Who We're Looking For

You're a product marketer first. You combine strong product marketing fundamentals with enough technical depth to independently understand AI infrastructure, accelerated computing, cloud architectures, data and memory systems, and partner integrations. You can move comfortably between a technical conversation with product managers and engineers and a positioning discussion with a partner marketing leader, then turn both into clear, differentiated customer value.

You're an excellent writer and storyteller who likes building things. You can create a joint messaging framework, work through the architecture behind a solution with a partner, and turn that work into a strong solution brief, presentation, blog, datasheet, web page, or sales tool.

You also know that partnerships only matter if they help win customers. You stay close to Sales, Alliances, and partner-facing teams, understand what is happening in the field, and prioritize work based on customer and business impact rather than the number of programs or assets produced.

What You'll Be Working On
  • Partner Positioning & Messaging: Own positioning, messaging, value propositions, priority use cases, and differentiated narratives for WEKA's technology, cloud, neocloud, OEM, and channel partnerships.
  • Joint Solution Marketing: Translate technical integrations and complementary capabilities into compelling joint solutions that clearly explain what WEKA and our partners enable together, who the solution is for, and why customers should care.
  • Partner GTM Strategy: Work with Alliances, Product, Sales, and partner teams to define joint GTM priorities, target audiences, use cases, proof points, launch opportunities, and the content and enablement required to support them. Provide the strategic and messaging foundation that field and partner teams can activate.
  • Create High-Impact Content: Personally develop joint content including blogs, web pages, datasheets, solution briefs, presentations, messaging guides, sales tools, and partner enablement. Work with technical experts, customers, partners, and other content owners to develop deeper assets such as whitepapers, reference architectures, technical briefs, and joint customer success stories.
  • Launch Partner Solutions: Lead product marketing for new integrations, validated solutions, reference architectures, marketplace offerings, and other joint announcements, from positioning and messaging through content and field readiness.
  • Enable Sellers and Partners: Equip WEKA sellers, partner-facing teams, channel partners, and partner sellers with clear messaging, presentations, playbooks, competitive context, and training that help them identify opportunities and position joint solutions effectively.
  • Engage the Field: Stay close to Sales, Solutions Engineering, Alliances, and customers to understand where partner solutions are helping win, where the story is falling short, and what positioning, proof, or content will have the greatest impact.
  • Drive Ecosystem Insights: Track partner strategies, product roadmaps, technology shifts, competitive ecosystems, and customer adoption patterns to identify new solution, positioning, content, and GTM opportunities.
  • Lead Cross-Functionally: Serve as the Product Marketing point person for the broader partner ecosystem, connecting Product Marketing with Product, Alliances, Engineering, Sales, Communications, Demand Generation, and external partner organizations.
  • Measure Impact: Establish practical measures of success including content adoption, enablement usage, partner-influenced opportunities and wins, field engagement, launches supported, and contribution to pipeline and revenue.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, solution marketing, or a closely related role in enterprise technology, with significant experience in product marketing.
  • Strong product marketing fundamentals across positioning and messaging, solution marketing, content development, launches, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Experience working with technology ecosystems and partners such as semiconductor and accelerated computing companies, data and AI platforms, cloud providers, neoclouds, ISVs, OEMs, systems integrators, or channel partners.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand infrastructure architectures, integrations, and technical product capabilities, then translate them into clear customer value for technical and business audiences.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure, accelerated computing, cloud computing, data platforms, storage and memory technologies, or adjacent enterprise infrastructure technologies.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with demonstrated experience personally creating high-quality content such as solution briefs, presentations, web content, blogs, whitepapers, sales tools, or similar assets.
  • Proven ability to work directly with product managers, engineers, sales teams, alliance leaders, and external partner organizations and turn input from multiple stakeholders into a clear point of view and high-quality deliverables.
  • Ability to operate effectively as a senior individual contributor, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and moving quickly from idea to finished work.
  • Strong business judgment and an outcome-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize the work most likely to influence customers, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities and partner opportunities can change quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Located in North America with the ability to travel up to 25%.
