Deliver enterprise solutions and services for WEKA customers, leading product onboarding, installation, deployment, and production implementation. Manage deployment projects, assess risks, document solution architectures, develop automation and custom scripts, test deployments, and troubleshoot AI/HPC infrastructure in Linux and cloud or on-premises environments. Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, customers, and partners while providing technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and customer support.

Deliver enterprise WEKA solutions for APAC customers, managing deployments from onboarding through production. Lead installation projects, risk assessment, scheduling, documentation, architecture, automation, testing, and troubleshooting. Deploy and manage AI/HPC infrastructure in Linux environments, using scripting, cluster-management tools, Kubernetes, networking, and parallel filesystems. Collaborate with sales, engineering, product teams, customers, and partners while providing technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and customer-focused support.

Provides senior-level technical support for enterprise infrastructure customers. Troubleshoots complex Linux, storage, networking, virtualization, Kubernetes, and HPC issues; reproduces problems in lab environments; monitors systems; manages customer tickets; and escalates issues to Engineering and Product teams. Supports presales teams and partners, creates technical documentation, contributes to company initiatives, participates in on-call rotations, and may travel internationally.

Serves as a top-tier networking escalation expert for WEKA deployments across HPC, AI/ML, enterprise, cloud, and hybrid environments. Troubleshoots complex Layer 1–4 issues, leads root-cause analysis, supports high-severity incidents, mentors technical teams, improves diagnostic tooling, develops technical documentation, and influences product networking design. Requires deep expertise in Ethernet, InfiniBand, RDMA, Linux networking, distributed systems, and large-scale datacenter fabrics, along with 24/7 on-call support and occasional travel.

Provides senior technical support for enterprise infrastructure customers, diagnosing hardware, networking, storage, cloud, and distributed-system issues. Serves as the liaison between customers, account teams, partners, and Engineering; monitors systems, manages support cases, documents solutions, improves product supportability, and contributes to customer-facing knowledge resources. Requires on-call availability, flexible work hours, and potential regional or international travel.

Own product marketing for WEKA’s AI inference business, defining positioning, messaging, use cases, competitive differentiation, and economic value. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, customers, and cloud providers to validate market opportunities, recruit design partners, create proof and content, launch capabilities, and build repeatable sales enablement. The role requires deep understanding of AI infrastructure and inference economics, strong storytelling, and hands-on execution in an evolving early-stage market.

Own product strategy and roadmap for WEKA’s high-performance platform and infrastructure layer. Partner with engineering, architects, customers, and internal teams to deliver capabilities for AI workloads, storage, networking, and distributed systems. Translate complex technical challenges into product decisions, prioritize performance and scalability improvements, and guide solutions that optimize GPU efficiency, latency, throughput, and IOPS.

Owns Customer Success operations projects from design through implementation, including playbooks, workflows, automation, dashboards, reporting, health scoring, and renewal-risk processes. Partners with Data Engineering, BI, Finance, RevOps, Product, and Sales to improve CS data infrastructure and operational execution. Translates complex data into leadership recommendations and retention insights while operating autonomously in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Partners with enterprise customers and technology partners to explain WEKA’s technical value, conduct evaluations, configure systems, and deliver product demos and architecture presentations. Advises customers on performance improvements, supports RFPs and technical documentation, communicates feedback to product and R&D teams, and serves as a hands-on subject matter expert in high-performance storage, filesystems, Linux, networking, and cloud environments.

Lead WEKA’s sales expansion in France, focusing on acquiring new customers requiring high-performance or accelerated compute for AI. Build strategic sales plans, create pipeline, exceed quotas, develop customer relationships, educate prospects, and manage joint opportunities with VAR and OEM partners. Collaborate across product, support, sales engineering, and senior leadership to improve the sales cycle and drive adoption of WEKA’s AI infrastructure solutions.

Owns and grows OEM/ODM partnerships across Taiwan and China for AI infrastructure solutions. The role develops joint go-to-market plans, drives design wins, enables partner sales and technical teams, coordinates co-selling, supports solution design and proofs of concept, manages pipeline forecasting, and secures executive alignment across partner organizations.

Own enterprise sales growth across the East by building pipeline, acquiring new logos, managing customer relationships, and accelerating adoption of WEKA’s AI infrastructure and storage solutions. Partner with strategic and VAR partners on joint opportunities, collaborate across product, support, and sales engineering throughout the sales cycle, and engage senior leadership. This quota-carrying hunter role requires IT sales experience, technical knowledge of storage and networking, strong communication, and travel for client meetings and industry events.

Provides senior technical support for enterprise infrastructure customers, troubleshooting complex hardware, networking, distributed storage, cloud, and Linux-based systems. Acts as the liaison between customers and Engineering, resolves and documents support cases, monitors systems, assists pre-sales teams, creates technical documentation, and manages multiple customer issues. The role includes on-call rotations, night-shift availability, and potential regional or international travel.

Provides senior-level technical services for enterprise customers using WEKA infrastructure. Troubleshoots distributed storage, networking, hardware, cloud, and performance issues; monitors systems, manages support cases, documents solutions, and escalates product gaps to Engineering. Acts as the technical liaison among customers, account teams, partners, resellers, and product development. Requires Linux and Unix administration, networking, automation scripting, distributed storage expertise, English and Mandarin fluency, on-call availability, and potential international travel.

Own WEKA’s OEM alliance portfolio across North America, managing strategic relationships with partners including Dell, AMD, HPE, Cisco, Hitachi, Lenovo, and Supermicro. Develop joint go-to-market strategies, enable partner sales teams, build executive alignment, generate pipeline, support co-selling, and represent WEKA at industry events. The role focuses on positioning WEKA’s AI infrastructure and storage platform across partner ecosystems while creating integrated customer opportunities.

Lead WEKA’s external public relations and earned-media strategy. Responsibilities include pitching tier-one technology and business media, building journalist relationships, securing thought-leadership opportunities, managing product launches and embargoed announcements, directing PR agency operations, monitoring industry trends, and measuring share of voice, media coverage, message pull-through, sentiment, and AI-generated visibility.

Leads WEKA’s brand and creative direction across campaigns, web, video, events, launches, social, and executive communications. Personally creates high-impact creative while building AI-enabled production workflows, scalable review systems, self-serve brand tooling, and governance. Manages and develops an in-house creative team alongside agencies and freelancers, measures production performance, and partners with marketing leadership to translate company narratives into distinctive creative.

Own WEKA’s North American ISV alliance portfolio across the AI/ML ecosystem. Develop joint go-to-market strategies, integrations, enablement programs, executive relationships, co-selling motions, and pipeline opportunities. Position WEKA as the data platform for AI software stacks while coordinating with product, engineering, sales, marketing, OEM, cloud, and technology partners to deliver validated solutions and revenue growth.
