Develop joint go-to-market strategies, integrations, enablement programs, executive relationships, co-selling motions, and pipeline opportunities. Position WEKA as the data platform for AI software stacks while coordinating with product, engineering, sales, marketing, OEM, cloud, and technology partners to deliver validated solutions and revenue growth.

Manage WEKA’s North American ISV alliance portfolio across AI/ML, cloud, data, and Kubernetes ecosystems. Develop joint go-to-market strategies, drive co-selling and pipeline, secure executive alignment, and create revenue opportunities. Translate technical integrations and AI infrastructure capabilities into customer-focused stories and sales tools. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Alliances, Sales, Marketing, and external partners while measuring influence on pipeline, revenue, adoption, and partner-driven wins.

Partner with customers and technology partners to explain WEKA’s technical value, configure and evaluate systems, deliver architecture presentations and demonstrations, analyze performance, respond to RFPs and RFIs, provide technical guidance, document best practices, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams. This is a hands-on sales engineering role focused on high-performance storage, cloud, Linux, networking, and Kubernetes environments.

Drive new enterprise logo acquisition and pipeline in Japan for WEKA's AI-focused storage solution. Build strategic sales plans, engage customers to accelerate adoption, collaborate with partners and internal teams, and represent the company to senior management to meet quota.
