Loom is the video communication platform for work, and now part of the Atlassian family. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll partner closely with product, sales, and customer success to deliver differentiated solutions for enterprise customers, shape messaging, and enable the field to win in a competitive market. You'll be hands-on with our roadmap development and strategic about listening to the market and customers, as you help power the next phase of Loom's growth within Atlassian.
This role supports positioning Loom as a trusted partner for enterprise buyers, including IT and security leaders.
In this role, you will:
- Drive and collaborate on Loom's enterprise marketing programs, including supporting bringing new features from zero to one in close partnership with our Product team.
- Develop compelling narratives and assets for enterprise audiences, including pitch decks, whitepapers, customer stories, and sales enablement materials for the IT and security buyer personas.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure Loom's value is clearly articulated and adopted by enterprise customers.
- Lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives for new features and platform integrations.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Build and optimize the enterprise buyer's journey, from web entrance to deal close.
- Represent Loom at industry events, analyst briefings, and with strategic customers.
- Establish feedback loops with customers and internal teams to influence product development and GTM strategy
Your background:
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, with a focus on B2B SaaS with Enterprise customers - bonus points for experience with video, storage, or system of record launches
- Success stories with clear KPIs from feature launches, campaigns, and sales plays/motions
- Experience developing sales enablement materials and supporting adoption in enterprise segments
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and meeting facilitation skills
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to transform customer challenges into engaging content, training, and programs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup energy environment and deliver measurable results
- Background in working with executive-level buyers and non-technical personas
- Familiarity with Atlassian products and ecosystem is a plus
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $153,000 - $199,750
Zone B: $137,700 - $179,775
Zone C: $127,800 - $166,850
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
