Lineup Systems delivers enterprise software that empowers media companies to streamline operations and drive revenue. We are seeking an independent and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing go-to-market (GTM) processes, providing sales enablement and training, and collaborating closely with product & marketing teams on product-led growth strategies. This role demands exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a passion for technology, and a knack for translating technical features into compelling value propositions. Bonus points if you have experience in media, particularly in digital publishing or ad tech. This is a remote position, with an office available for in-person collaboration as desired located in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish Product Marketing processes– identify gaps, define priorities, and implement communication channels
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, pricing, release notes, and sales enablement strategies
- Create collateral, presentations, and training programs to equip client-facing teams with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively promote Lineup’s products
- Develop and deliver compelling client-facing roadmap presentations, ensuring clear communication of product vision, upcoming features, and strategic priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, support, and marketing, to align product messaging and positioning with overall company objectives
- Develop deep customer insights through research, interviews, and data analysis, ensuring customer feedback informs product development and marketing strategies
- Craft compelling and persuasive content for marketing collateral, including website copy, case studies, whitepapers, emails, and blog posts
- Act as a subject matter expert on Lineup's products, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities that inform product roadmap and strategic decisions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles within the technology industry, preferably in the SaaS or adtech space
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing B2B products
- Proven ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment, assessing needs, defining priorities, and driving initiatives without a pre-existing playbook
- Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to proactively identify gaps, implement solutions, and advocate for cross-functional support
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, leveraging expertise, persuasion, and diplomacy to garner support and drive initiatives forward
Compensation: 91,052.00 (GBP)
