Product Marketing Managers are responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate the features and benefits of the company products to customers and prospects. They handle market research on current trending products, establish timescales for upcoming products, influence pricing and packaging, guide sales teams, develop messaging and market positioning around products and take part in presentations and events. Frequently, product marketing managers are the ‘voice of the customer’ within their Business Units, precisely researching consumer needs and experiences.
What you'll do:
- Orchestrate GTM launch activities and deliverables cross-functionally with various stakeholders and deadlines
- Lead GTM launch kickoff and go/no go meetings to ensure organizational readiness
- Understand and communicate buyer personas, value proposition and market fit of solution portfolio by segment to internal stakeholders including executives and externally in the market
- Build tools and content to best position solutions in the marketplace to drive leads
- Conduct market research to encompass competitive positioning and win/loss analysis
- Provide feedback to product teams on market needs to inform product strategy and roadmap
- Make recommendations for solution naming, positioning, pricing, packaging and promotion
- Support Product Marketing needs across multiple products and solutions within the portfolio in parallel
- Provide strategic direction and recommendations for portfolio management
- Serve as a mentor to team members to support growth and development

What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferred: Marketing Degree or in a related Field
- 7+ years of related experience in Marketing, Product Management, SaaS and B2B experience
- Ability to think and communicate strategically
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time with little supervision
- Ability to present and influence an executive audience
- Ability to empathize with our users/market and assume their perspective
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities are highly required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with other teams, especially with the product and sales
- Positive and flexible attitude; ability to adapt well to change
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
