The Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Product Owner to lead our Veeva CRM. The new Veeva Vault CRM is an enterprise customer relationship management application for biopharma companies. It connects sales, marketing, medical, with a single customer database supporting the field execution. Vault CRM enables key capabilities such as customer profiling, content sharing and management, territory and account planning, sampling, and recording field engagement. In addition, the successful candidate will lead our Key Account Management (KAM) Program, which is undergoing strategic deployment in priority markets. The KAM tool allows cross-functional account teams to operate in sync, leveraging common structures and processes, which ultimately enables a better experience for HCPs. The KAM tool is a shared platform which leverages the full team’s understanding and relationships in the account to gain and maintain access, and seamlessly shares ‘structured insights’ with relevant stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will take accountability for identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, ultimately driving a product vision, strategy, and corresponding roadmap for Veeva Vault CRM & KAM. They will lead product discovery by leveraging data, research, and market analysis, then liaising with stakeholders and working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development life cycle to ensure effective rollout of new features in markets all over the world. GSK’s early adoption of Veeva Vault can help us accelerate and embed AI capabilities to empower the field roles. For example, a prompt-based GenAI assistant CRM Chat-Bot will enable a wide range of context-driven tasks while with Voice Control in CRM, field teams can look forward to hands-free operation of CRM via spoken commands. Vault drives an investment in KAM capabilities including an integration with the Microsoft suit including collaboration tools such as TEAMs. Be a pioneer of the industry as we reimagine a transformational value proposition for the sales rep of tomorrow.

Veeva Vault CRM & the KAM module are part of the field experience product portfolio, which will focus on bringing together data and technology capabilities to allow for the organization to become data- driven and insight-led in every decision to drive revenue and growth. This Senior Product Manager role plays a key role within the broader field experience team focusing on orchestrating better customer relationships whilst collaborating with other product teams to enhance the end-to-end experience of field teams.

5. Serve as the primary point of contact for Veeva CRM / KAM related queries and issues from global markets

6. Analyze CRM / KAM performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement

7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and GSK policies across all markets
