As a Sr. Product Manager (Core Team) you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our products. You will be responsible for owning the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualisation to launch and iteration. You will be working on building products for small biz helping small-biz grow. Your strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to balance business goals with user needs will be key to your success in this role. 


Requirements

Key Responsibilities: 
● Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends, user needs, and opportunities for product innovation. 
● Roadmapping: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the features, enhancements, and releases, considering both short-term goals and long-term vision. 
● Requirement Gathering: Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and define product requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of user pain points and desired outcomes. 
● Prioritization: Effectively prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility. 
● Feature Definition: Create detailed product specifications, wireframes, and user stories to guide the development team in building high-quality products that meet user needs. 
● Development Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle, providing guidance, clarifications, and rapid decision-making as needed. 
● User Experience: Champion user-centric design and ensure that the end product provides an exceptional user experience, solving user problems and exceeding their expectations. 
● Launch and Iteration: Coordinate successful product launches, track post-launch performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on the product to continuously improve its value and usability. 
● Metrics and Analysis: Define and track key product metrics to measure success and make data-driven decisions. Conduct regular product performance analysis and present insights to the leadership team. 
● Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about the product's progress, updates, and changes. Clearly communicate product decisions, timelines, and trade-offs. 
Qualifications: 
● Bachelor's degree in Technology (B-Tech). MBA or equivalent is a plus. (B-Tech+MBA is preferred) 
● 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a startup environment. 
● Should have good experience with problem solving skills motivated by strong empathy for the customer. 
● Worked with SaaS product startup and have built something from scratch (concept to launch) 
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
● Excellent communication skills and Strong Vision. 
● Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies. 
● Proficiency in product management tools and platforms. 
● Passion for technology, innovation, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Skills Required
