We are looking for a high-ownership product leader who understands the realities of modern software delivery and has experienced firsthand the challenges of engineering quality, release visibility, testing inefficiencies, and scaling delivery velocity. This is a strategic role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, quality, and platform thinking.

You will work directly with leadership to shape and scale an AI-powered enterprise quality intelligence platform that bridges the growing gap between rapid code generation and reliable software delivery. The role requires deep understanding of software engineering workflows, SDLC health, quality metrics, testing ecosystems, and developer productivity challenges.

This is not a conventional product management role focused only on coordination or feature tracking. It is meant for someone who thinks in systems, understands developer pain points deeply, and can transform technical complexity into scalable product outcomes. The ideal candidate is execution-driven, curious, technically grounded, and motivated by building category-defining products in fast-moving environments.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Drive product strategy and execution for enterprise engineering intelligence and software delivery platforms
  • Work closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, and leadership teams to identify gaps in delivery workflows and quality visibility
  • Define product requirements, user journeys, workflows, and platform capabilities aligned with real-world engineering challenges
  • Translate complex software engineering and SDLC problems into scalable product solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, improve product adoption, and accelerate delivery outcomes
  • Build deep understanding of developer workflows, test coverage, release cycles, observability, and engineering productivity metrics
  • Drive product decisions using customer feedback, product analytics, and market insights
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure rapid execution and high-quality product delivery
  • Contribute to product positioning, roadmap planning, and long-term platform strategy
  • Continuously identify opportunities for automation, AI-driven insights, and operational intelligence within software delivery processes
  • Own outcomes end-to-end, from problem discovery and validation to execution and adoption
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in AI-native products, software engineering tools, developer productivity, and enterprise platforms
  • Support creation of scalable systems that improve software delivery speed, reliability, and engineering efficiency
