Role Overview: Support Product Owner in driving execution of digital product initiatives for EV platforms,
including infotainment systems, connected services, and app ecosystem.
This role acts as a right-hand Product Manager with strong ownership on execution across
multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners, and
delivering outcomes on time with expected quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Execution & Project Management
- Own and drive execution of multiple product initiatives across domains (AppStore,
Connected Services, Navigation, Smart Services…)
- Manage project timeline, risks, dependencies, and delivery status across
workstreams
- Ensure follow-up and closure of action items across teams
- Proactively identify issues and drive resolution end-to-end
Partner Management
- Act as working-level interface with external international partners
- Track partner deliverables against agreed scope, timeline, and quality
- Lead regular sync meetings and ensure clear follow-up and accountability
- Hold partners accountable for delivery commitments and proactively escalate issues
when needed
- Support alignment on technical, product, and compliance topics
Product Support
- Support Product Owner in roadmap planning, feature definition, and prioritization
- Prepare product documents (PRD, SOW inputs, briefing materials)
- Prepare internal reports, executive summaries, and alignment materials
- Represent Product Owner in meetings when required
Cross-functional Coordination
- Align with Engineering, Product, Legal, Procurement, and regional teams
- Ensure clear communication of decisions and priorities
- Drive alignment across teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Support multi-team initiatives and cross-market rollout
Product Strategy Support
- Support Product Owner in defining product strategy and roadmap across key
domains
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis
- Identify product gaps, improvement opportunities, and new use cases
- Prepare strategy materials, business cases, and proposals for internal alignment
- Support evaluation of new partners, platforms, and ecosystem opportunities
Issue Management & Escalation
- Identify critical issues and drive resolution across teams and partners
- Escalate risks and blockers with clear analysis and proposed solutions
- Support decision-making by structuring problems and presenting actionable options
Requirements
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Product / Project / Program Management
- Proven ability to independently drive complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Experience working with external vendors or international partners
Skills
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English (able to independently lead meetings with international partners)
- Structured thinking and problem-solving ability
- High ownership and strong follow-through
Technical & Domain Knowledge
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and system integration
- Familiarity with API-based architecture and client-server systems
- Basic understanding of Android platform or similar ecosystems
- Experience with 3rd-party integrations (SDK/API)
- Knowledge of connected systems / IoT / automotive software is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools (Jira, Confluence…)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- On-time delivery of assigned initiatives with minimal escalation
- Effectiveness in managing risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
- Partner performance and accountability
- Effectiveness of cross-team coordination and alignment
- Quality of reporting and decision support to Product Owner
