About AppDirect

Become a digital, global citizen and enable the new generation of digital entrepreneurs around the world.  AppDirect offers a subscription commerce platform to sell any product, through any channel, on any device - as a service.  We power millions of subscriptions worldwide for organizations.  We do this by our values-driven culture—one that enables you to Be Seen, Be Yourself, and Do Your Best Work.

About You

We're hiring a customer-obsessed Product Manager to work on the core of PartnerStack: the partner network. Your focus is the two-way matching & activation between partners and programs, both how vendors find the right partners for their programs, and how partners find the programs worth their time. You'll spend real time with both sides of the marketplace to learn what makes a great match, what slows activation, and where the network can do more of the lifting. You'll also lend product support to our AEO initiatives, where the network is the underlying lever. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, and our partnerships team to ship products that drive real results for both vendors and partners.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

  • Own the network experience: Drive how partners and programs find, evaluate, and connect with each other across PartnerStack.
  • Roadmap & Prioritization: Shape the network roadmap, making thoughtful trade-offs between short-term customer wins and longer-term investments in matching quality and network health.
  • Improve matching: Use partner profile data, performance signals, and program criteria to make recommendations and discovery measurably better on both sides.
  • Sharpen recruitment and activation: Reduce friction from a vendor recruiting a partner to that partner driving real activity, and use agent workflows to handle steps where it makes sense.
  • Customer & Internal Feedback: Run a constant loop of vendor, partner, and internal conversations, usage data, and shipped iterations to validate solutions and make sure features solve real problems on both sides of the network.
  • Data-Informed Decisions: Use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize work, define success metrics for matching, activation, and network health, and measure impact.
  • Adoption: Drive adoption of network capabilities by vendors and partners, reducing friction and improving outcomes for both sides.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience working in tech. 2+ years of product management experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Data-driven decision making. You're comfortable pulling your own data, defining success metrics before launching, and using quantitative signals (activation rates, partner engagement, funnel conversion) to prioritize and iterate. Gut instinct is a starting point, not a conclusion.
  • Growth and marketing orientation. You understand how product decisions connect to acquisition, activation, and retention loops. You've worked closely with marketing or growth teams to design features that drive measurable adoption, and you think about the product as a channel for growth.
  • A proven interest in AI accelerated delivery, with prototypes you've actually built (at work or on your own time) to back it up.
  • Track record of owning a product end-to-end: discovery, roadmap, delivery, and adoption and being detailed oriented.
  • Deeply customer-obsessed: you talk to users constantly and your decisions show it.
  • Strong product instincts in ambiguous, fast-moving spaces where the playbook isn't written yet.
  • Ability to translate messy customer problems into crisp requirements and shipped solutions with engineering and design.
  • Comfort using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize, set targets, and measure impact.
  • Clear writer and communicator who can make complex trade-offs legible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating.
