- Drive Voice of the Customer activities that result in the enhancement of our program / product portfolio while validating new, sustainable differentiated opportunities, and coordinate with upstream team to expand products pipeline in local.

- Setting strategic pricing guidelines, developing, and improving marketing tools and conducting sales trainings, develop VBP strategy by cooperating with Pricing Team.
- Lead the customer engagement in the project, keep good coordination with KOL especially for head of nursing department and chief nurses, conducting the engagement with the quality of deliverables.
- Actively participates in internal sales and marketing meetings, customer events as well as international trade fairs and conferences.
