Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-native healthcare products that leverage agentic AI, automation, and advanced analytics to solve complex business problems. Own product execution end-to-end by partnering with business, engineering, UX, AI/ML, and operations teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Own product vision, roadmap, backlog, and release execution
  • Translate business needs into capabilities, features, and technical requirements
  • Drive system, process, and data analysis to identify product opportunities
  • Partner with engineering, UX, and AI/ML teams to build scalable AI-driven solutions
  • Define success metrics, evaluation frameworks, and governance for agentic AI products
  • Lead agile execution, stakeholder demos, and roadmap communications
  • Foster innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous value delivery
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Technology Delivery
  • Experience with AI based product is mandatory
  • Proven experience shipping AI-native or agentic products involving orchestration, tool use, retrieval, and autonomous decision-making
  • Experience with AI-native development practices and human-in-the-loop systems
  • Proven solid expertise in backlog management, user stories, Agile delivery, and tools such as Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or Aha!
  • Proven technical depth across APIs, cloud platforms, data architectures, and enterprise systems
  • Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven excellent communication and ability to influence across a matrixed organization

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA, or equivalent technical/business qualifications
  • Experience in US Healthcare IT products strategy and development
  • Experience working with AI/ML, Data Science, or Automation teams
  • Experience collaborating across US and India teams
