In this high-impact role, you’ll dive deep into customer pains, map real-world workflows end-to-end, and transform complex insights into simple, elegant product experiences.
As a PM at Anchor, you’ll work hands-on with customers, engineers, designers, and data to shape a category-defining product that is fundamentally changing how businesses manage revenue.
You’ll take full ownership of core product areas, constantly looking for ways to improve velocity, clarity, and impact — leveraging modern AI tools and approaches to rethink workflows, speed up discovery, and build smarter solutions.

Responsibility- Deeply understand our users. Their workflows, pains, and business realities - and champion their voice across the company.
- Own product discovery: conduct interviews, map journeys, define problems, validate assumptions, and derive actionable insights.
- Translate insights and push initiatives forward end-to-end - from idea to release and adoption.
- Work closely with other teams (CS, Sales, Design, Data, Engineering) to drive execution, ensure alignment, and smooth launches.
- Maintain and prioritize a dynamic roadmap based on impact, effort, and strategic goals.
- Track product performance, measure impact, and iterate rapidly.
- Early adopter with a can-do mentality- constantly looking for ways to improve, optimize, and accelerate workflows in the age of AI.
- 6+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching and scaling both B2B and B2C products. Experience in fintech and SMB is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in a SaaS startup environment.
- Experience leading Product-Led Growth (PLG) and/or Sales-Led Growth (SLG) initiatives.
- Strong product discovery skills- comfortable interviewing users, conducting research, and synthesizing insights into actionable product decisions.
- A natural problem solver who enjoys untangling messy workflows and creating clarity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply and effectively.
- High sense of ownership and accountability — drives work forward independently and proactively.
- Experience working cross-functionally and leading without formal authority.
- Detail-oriented with strong UX instincts and a deep care for product quality and user experience.
- Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
- Curious, proactive, and resourceful- doesn’t wait for answers, finds them.
- Brings a big heart, resilience, and genuine passion for building products customers love.
- Research/ growth/ technical, or data experience/background.
- Experience working with SMB/B2B workflows (especially service providers).
