The Product department is responsible for creating the best-in-class converting e-commerce websites in a very competitive landscape. Our team works with cutting-edge product technologies and adheres to best practices in A/B testing.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical mindset and proven skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively in global and hybrid environments. If you are passionate about UX\UI, Data, and ownership, then your place is with us. 

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, B2C, to lead our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) initiatives. This is a key role that impacts our e-commerce operations and the company's ability to generate increased revenue. As Senior Product Manager, you will wake up every morning thinking about how to convert more of our website visitors into Resident clients. You will conceptualize and execute complex UI/UX changes that will drive conversion rate improvements. You will own this process end-to-end, including designing and measuring impact, and will work closely with our development and Data teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Plan and manage engineering sprints to deliver greater value to the customer and the company.
  • Define the scope for both features and initiatives, clearly articulating the rationale behind decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, UX research, and data, through the agile execution process- from conception to requirements gathering to UX design, development, testing, and launch.
  • Work closely with our data and UX team to cultivate a deep understanding of the user, both pre-purchase and post-purchase
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of other sites and products to identify ways to improve our user experience continually.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce, personalization, and/or customer identity in BTC/D2C companies 
  • Experience optimizing UI/UX and working with designers
  • Experience working with R&D teams, writing requirements, and PRD documents, and managing the product roadmap
  • Superior understanding of user behavior and user preferences in the purchase funnel
  • Proven experience with managing successful conversion rate optimization processes through data-driven methodologies, including A/B testing using tools like Google Optimize, Google Analytics, Hotjar, or dynamic yield
  • Proven track record for building confidence in business modeling, user experience exploration, product analytics, and product architecture
  • Familiarity with on-site analytics, tracking, and personalization tools
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (including LLMs) to accelerate product discovery, analysis, or execution
  • Fluent English with proven experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional, global teams
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including 3 days per week from the office

Preferred: 

  • Experience with front-end, performance optimization, or SEO considerations.
    Experience working with Dynamic Yield or similar experimentation/personalization platforms for A/B testing
  • Being an excellent communicator with a great sense of humor

  • Site conversion rate
  • Revenue per session
  • Experimentation cadence and velocity
  • Product and development turnaround time for UI/UX changes
  • Tooling and processes that shorten development and experimentation cycles
