Leads end-to-end operations for high-volume imagery and video production, coordinating photography, CGI, AI-generated imagery, video, timelines, stakeholders, workflows, capacity, and final asset delivery. The role develops scalable operating models, administers project management systems, tracks risks and dependencies, improves processes, and aligns Creative, Marketing, Brand, and Production teams. Quarterly travel to the San Leandro studio is required.

Own the Commerce Core product area, leading strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for cart, pricing, promotions, checkout, payments, and order management capabilities. Partner with Engineering, Data, Operations, Marketing, and leadership to build scalable commerce platforms, integrate brands, define APIs and system requirements, establish KPIs, and improve operational efficiency and customer experience. The role also advances AI-driven and agentic commerce capabilities.

Owns the CRM campaign program for email and SMS, including calendar planning, segmentation, campaign creation, QA, deployment, testing, reporting, and optimization. Partners with creative, merchandising, and product teams to execute promotional campaigns, analyze performance, improve workflows, and coordinate stakeholders and external resources. The role requires hands-on Zeta expertise, modular HTML email knowledge, analytical thinking, and strong project management.
