Our team

You will be part of the Delivery Management - Product Management team responsible for incubating he best in class, highly modular and adaptable Delivery Management System, comprising of Journey Delivery (transformation of Customer Management and Seating), and Service Recovery (transformation of Disruption) capabilities:

  • Support retailing transformation of the travel industry by Delivering orders and airport experience of the future
  • Enabling travel experience, operational efficiency, and Brand differentiation for the airlines with customer & journey centricity 

You will be part of a core “incubation” team with Product Managers, UX, Solutions & pre-sales and work closely with our engineering counterparts based mostly in France & UK but also in India, Australia. Your responsibility and reach will be global; collaborating with customers, Product Managers, engineering teams, Solutions & Pre-sales teams in all geographical markets & locations. You will be reporting to our Head of Product.

Key accountabilities:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for and owning the Flight Operational Activities of the Delivery Management portfolio, which will serve Airlines Customers in multiple solutions.
    • Build a deep understanding of the industry, the market, your customers, competitors, and potential partners.
    • Build a deep product & portfolio knowledge
    • Define the Product vision, strategy, and Roadmap
    • Pilot Requirement gathering, product design, build, delivery & implementation with engineering and project teams
    • Monitor your product success:
      • Opportunity Management: value hypothesis definition & validation
      • Building or keeping up-to-date financial business cases
    • Contributing to innovation with Engineering teams
    • Driving Go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing team and empowering sales, accounts, and solution teams to confidently promote your products
    • Owning the Product part of the portfolio business case
  • Contribute to a global product management practice;
  • Build relationship with Key internal & external stakeholders (industry, partner, customers)

The ideal candidate

  • Over 5 years' prior experience as Product Manager or at least 10 years activities closely related to Product Management such as Product Owner
  • Strong understanding of Agile and scaled agile methodologies, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), and hands-on experience working within Agile Release Trains (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Coach).
  • Effective communication skills and analytical thinking; to manage internal and external interactions, either with customers or engineering and project teams; with the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans and deliverables.
  • A big appetite to learn about complex eco-systems and solutions, drive internal & external discussions and continuous improvement!
  • Ability to navigate between high-level strategic and detailed functional solutions discussions
  • Software product design experience is a plus.   
  • Autonomous and proactive, self-learner
