What you'll do
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CEM for Public Sector, particularly State and Local Government
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and market insights to inform product decisions.
- Develop detailed requirements and user stories that translate customer needs into actionable development tasks.
- Ensure seamless integration of government regulations to enhance product compliance
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to enable effective go-to-market strategies and customer adoption.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS environment and in Public Sector.
- Experience building and delivering both SaaS and mobile products, with a strong understanding of how the two interact to drive user value.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with Critical Event Management solutions, Public Notification solutions, Nixle is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Passion for technology and a keen interest in emerging trends in critical event management and business continuity.
