· Own the Product backlog, prioritize features, enhancements and roadmap initiatives based on their value and measurable impact, ensuring that efforts are always outcome driven.

· Act as Product Owner for scrum teams, balancing product decisions, technical decisions and customer requirements and assess trade-offs through effective negotiation and logical reasoning.

· Drive adoption and rollout planning, including developer onboarding, training, and support strategies.

· Work cross-functionally with engineering leads, architects, and product management peers to align pipeline standards with the broader tech ecosystem and long-term platform goals.

· Utilize metrics and qualitative feedback to measure impact on build and deployment processes, code integrity and quality, developer productivity and product quality, iterating based on data.

· Champion tooling and automation best practices to increase velocity and decrease error rates in software delivery across teams.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience (8+ years) in Product Management ideally focused on developer tools, DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, or platform services.

· Understanding of CI/CD concepts and knowledge on the use of Harness or similar pipeline tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).

· Notable technical acumen around software development lifecycle, infrastructure as code, testing automation, and containerization.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders including engineering teams, security, and business partners in a collaborative environment.

· Experience driving adoption of technical platforms or products at scale within an enterprise setting.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into product strategy and business value.

· Familiarity with security compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare or highly regulated environments is a plus.

What You’ll Bring:

· Passion for improving developer experiences and productivity at scale.

· Strategic mindset with attention to execution details.
