Scope of RoleThis role sits at the heart of ITRS’s transformation. You’ll help shape the next generation of digital experience monitoring, working with our Group Product Manager and our leadership team on the strategy and execution behind unifying multiple monitoring solutions into one powerful, seamless platform.

This is a senior, strategic position with real ownership and visibility. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the business. At ITRS, a Senior Product Manager isn’t just responsible for defining features: you’ll own the outcomes. Always customer-centric, you’ll drive innovation by connecting market insight, customer feedback, and technology to shape a product vision that leads the way in DEM and observability.

- Take full ownership of your product area, from conception to adoption. Including pricing, go-to-market, and field enablement.
- Collaborate with teams across the UK, Netherlands, Sweden, and the US to bring global perspective and consistency to the product strategy.
Requirements
We’re open-minded about background. Our Group Product Manager values curiosity and practical problem-solving above titles. You might come from product, pre-sales or consulting, or even a technical background.
You should bring:
To be successful in this role, you’ll have at least one of the following:
- Deep domain expertise in Digital Experience Monitoring or observability.
- Proven experience using AI to accelerate product development, delivery, or innovation.
- A track record of success in a fast-paced incubator or experimental environment, where ideas are built and taken to market rapidly.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role in SaaS, monitoring, or observability environments.
- The ability to translate complex customer needs into intuitive, valuable product solutions.
- A strategic mindset and the communication skills to align technical and commercial perspectives.
- A collaborative approach, working across teams to drive results while keeping customers at the heart of every decision.
