We are Loop

Loop Earplugs is reinventing how people experience the world by enabling them to live life at their own volume. 2024 was a pivotal year at Loop – we hit 14,000,000 earplugs sold, were named ‘The Best Earplugs for Concerts’ by The New York Times, and expanded our product offering to a complete range of solutions for day and night. Oh – and not to mention making history as the first company to win Deloitte’s Fast 50 Belgium twice.

But this is just the beginning. As we continue to develop disruptive products, we’re constantly on the lookout for the next big idea - and building a team who can make it happen.

Being a Looper means making a difference. Whatever your role, this is your stage to make a real impact and bring your ideas to life. Better yet, you’ll join a fast-growing, global team of 250+ people who are passionate, down-to-earth and eager to tackle challenges together.

8+ yrs product management experience in consumer tech | Hybrid | Antwerp, Belgium

You’re done optimizing features. You’re ready to build something real—something physical, bold, and new. As a Senior Product Manager II at Loop, you’ll take ownership of a next-generation active hearable, driving every phase from idea to in-market success. You’ll collaborate with experts across design, engineering, and manufacturing to launch a product that changes how people hear their world. If you thrive in ambiguity, move fast with purpose, and are ready to define a category, this is where you’ll do the most meaningful work of your career.

Senior Product Manager II – Lead a new category of active hearables

As Senior Product Manager II, you’ll shape the future of Loop’s connected hearables line. You’ll own product definition, align technical and business goals, and drive execution across hardware and firmware—while collaborating with a Digital PM on the companion app experience. From early-stage discovery to post-launch iteration, you’ll translate insights into decisions, guide trade-offs across engineering, design, and operations, and keep the product on track. You balance imagination with precision—creating space for innovation while keeping delivery sharp. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be on-site 3–4 days a week, closely involved in the development of a physical product.

Your other responsibilities
  • Define the product vision using customer insights, market data, and technical trends
  • Build the business case and roadmap to guide development and align stakeholders
  • Lead trade-off decisions across hardware, firmware, app, and operations
  • Anticipate late-stage challenges (e.g., regulatory compliance, UX iteration, feature trade-offs) and manage resolution
  • Set success metrics and use them to track impact and guide improvements
  • Communicate strategy and updates clearly across all levels
  • Mentor other PMs and contribute to the evolution of Loop’s product management craft
How you’ll succeed as a Senior Product Manager II

You work with focus, energy, and clarity. You can zoom out to shape long-term vision and zoom in to remove daily roadblocks. You’re decisive yet adaptable—comfortable in technical discussions but always anchored in customer value. You think like a consumer, building intuitive, desirable experiences for people who choose to use your product, not who have to. You lead by example, align teams, and bring structure to the messy process of building from scratch.

Key competences
  • 8+ years in product management, ideally in consumer electronics, hearables, or connected hardware
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
  • Proven experience delivering 0→1 connected hardware products (hardware + firmware + app)
  • Experience managing late-stage complexity—feature trade-offs, regulatory readiness, UX iteration
  • Strong financial and commercial understanding to support business decisions
  • Clear track record of cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment
  • Consumer-centric mindset and ability to balance desirability, feasibility, and viability

What We Do

Our story began when Loop's founders, Maarten and Dimitri, had a common problem: ringing ears after a night out. They discovered that they were not alone, as 1 in 4 adults suffer from hearing damage. But why weren't they wearing earplugs? This question sparked the inception of Loop.

At Loop, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the way earplugs look, feel, and sound. Whether you need hearing protection or simply want to ensure comfort for your ears, Loop allows you to live life at your own volume.

Based in Antwerp with offices in Amsterdam, New York, and Shanghai, we are a rapidly growing team of over 250 people. .
