The Opportunity...We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of high-impact applications to enhance both internal operations and partner capabilities within our insurance customer acquisition platform. While the specific roadmap will evolve, you will be building solutions that span call center operations, customer acquisition, and a marketplace. Your role will be to shape, prioritize, and deliver products that extend far beyond point solutions — enabling scalable, adaptive systems that give our teams a competitive edge.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring equal parts product vision, technical depth, and operational rigor.
Drive Strategy & Execution: Define and present the roadmap for the insurance platform that strengthens internal and partner capabilities across acquisition channels.
Lead Development: Analyze, size, and translate opportunities into requirements and bring entirely new ideas to life, from concept to adoption.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, data science, marketing, and operations teams to deliver impact quickly and effectively.
Balance Vision and Delivery: Prioritize trade-offs between immediate needs and longer-term scalability of platform solutions, all of which can be shared with executive stakeholders.
Establish Metrics for Success: Define KPIs that measure adoption, efficiency gains, and call enablement — and ensure accountability.
Enhance Capabilities: Build and scale products that automate human operations and bring efficiencies to the business.
Experiment Thoughtfully: Launch experiments to validate use cases, ensuring each iteration drives tangible improvement.
5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in SaaS, platform, or call center product development.
Strong understanding of insurance and customer acquisition platforms.
Proven ability to scale products, ideally in AI-driven or automation-focused domains.
Track record of delivering products that improve efficiency, decision-making, or business outcomes at scale.
Skilled in agile product development with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to define meaningful KPIs and back decisions with evidence.
Excellent communicator with executive presence, able to align stakeholders, and technical teams.
Passion about AI and the future applications in business, with curiosity to stay ahead of emerging trends.
This is a hybrid position, and employees are expected to work in our Playa Vista, CA office every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
