Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for our credit line and card offerings, aligning it with company growth objectives and customer needs.
- Conduct in-depth market and customer research to identify pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities for innovation in the credit and lending space.
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and post-launch iteration for new features and improvements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Risk, Data Science, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery of product initiatives.
- Continuously analyze and optimize product and funnel performance using key metrics, A/B testing, and user feedback to enhance conversion, engagement, and the overall customer journey (from application to usage and repayment) and drive strategic business decisions and sustained profitability.
- Shape strategic vision for the credit line and card product, exploring new features and capabilities to expand our market presence and user base.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in Fintech, Consumer Lending, or a closely related financial services domain.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify key insights, and translate them into actionable product strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and risk.
- Deep understanding of the credit lifecycle and factors influencing credit products, particularly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience with card issuing or processing platforms, particularly in a modern fintech environment.
- A strong understanding of consumer lending regulations and compliance specific to credit products.
- Proficiency in SQL or other data querying languages for self-serving product insights.
- Fluency in Spanish.
