Summary:
"ECSI is the leading provider of past-due accounts receivable management, campus-based student loan servicing, tax document services, tuition payment plans, refund management, call center, and outsourcing services in the industry today. ECSI is looking for a Senior Product Manager."
As a Senior Product Manager, you will take a hands-on role in the development of new products, evolving current products, and leading research for things like user experience, market trends, and competitive solutions. You will also serve as a product expert, working internally across departments to communicate product direction, educating team members on new features and functionality, as well as managing product plans, roadmaps and product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the future vision/development of ECSI solutions, based on input from various sources, including: Current clients, Sales, Professional Services, Senior Management and Software Development.
- Presenting product goals/plans to leadership team
- Writing technical requirements : with specific experience writing documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences in an Agile development environment
- Prioritizing development items based on product goals
- Working closely with development and UX teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Communicating product updates/plans internally and to the client base
- Managing product feedback post-release (internal and external)
- Post release review of product acceptance, quality
- Participate in sales demonstrations and webinars
Requirements
Proven working experience in software Product Management or equivalent. eCommerce experience preferred.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Excellent teamwork skills
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
BS/BA Degree
Occasional Travel
Experience with an Agile software development processes
Experience with JIRA, Figma, OKRs is a plus
