Waterfall Security is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our industrial cybersecurity solutions.
In this strategic role, you will shape and drive the development of mission-critical products that protect the most sensitive OT (Operational Technology) and critical infrastructure networks worldwide.
From utilities and transportation to manufacturing and defense, our customers rely on Waterfall's technology to ensure absolute security.
As a key member of the product team, you will translate customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements into innovative, high-assurance security products. You will work closely with R&D, sales, and field engineering teams to bring cutting-edge, hardware-enforced unidirectional gateways and cybersecurity platforms to market.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of industrial systems and cybersecurity, thrives in complex environments, and is passionate about building products that make a real-world impact.
Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with customer needs and industry trends.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across R&D, sales, marketing, and support.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market intelligence.
- Support go-to-market efforts, including product positioning, messaging, and training.
- Ensure successful product delivery from concept through launch and beyond.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity, industrial systems, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of OT/ICS environments and security challenges.
- Experience in defining and launching hardware/software products for enterprise or critical infrastructure customers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical background (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) – advantage.
