Job Description

CyberArk is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Israel to own the core Identity and Access Management solution including Authorization, Identity Lifecycle, User Directory and Federation, and drive its strategy, roadmap and execution.

This domain is foundational to CyberArk’s Identity Security platform, governing how identities are modeled, authenticated, authorized and connected across workforce, partner and customer environments. The role supports Zero Trust principles through policy driven authorization, modern identity architecture and scalable federation services.

You will operate as the domain owner for core IAM services, working closely with engineering, architecture, UX, security research and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable, secure and highly resilient identity capabilities. This role requires strong cross site leadership, partnering closely with Identity platform teams in Israel while serving as a conduit and alignment point for engineering teams in the US and India.

This role will also partner closely with Product Managers responsible for Identity Governance, Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) and Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) to ensure strong alignment between identity control plane capabilities and governance, detection and posture outcomes.

We are looking for:

  • A senior product manager with strong background in Identity and Access Management and modern identity architecture.

  • A technically hands-on PM comfortable discussing identity data models, authorization engines, federation protocols and distributed system tradeoffs with R&D.

  • A collaborative leader who works cross functionally and drives alignment across IAM, PAM, Identity Governance, ITDR and ISPM domains.

  • A strong cross geo operator who can align priorities and execution across Israel, US and India engineering teams.

  • A clear communicator who can translate complex identity and security requirements into structured product definitions.

  • A systems thinker who understands identity lifecycle, policy enforcement and how telemetry feeds governance, detection and posture systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for core IAM capabilities including authorization, identity lifecycle, directory services and federation.

  • Drive delivery of fine-grained authorization frameworks, policy engines and contextual access enforcement mechanisms.

  • Define and evolve the identity data model including users, groups, attributes and entitlement structures.

  • Lead federation capabilities across enterprise and SaaS ecosystems using standards-based protocols.

  • Work closely with all Identity platform teams in Israel to ensure architectural consistency, shared priorities and execution alignment.

  • Act as a conduit between product and engineering teams across Israel, US and India, ensuring clarity of requirements, roadmap alignment and coordinated delivery.

  • Partner closely with engineering and UX to design highly available and secure identity infrastructure services.

  • Analyze market trends, competitive offerings and emerging standards to inform prioritization and long-term architecture.

  • Define measurable success criteria and use telemetry and operational insights to guide product decisions.

  • Support go-to-market execution through enablement and collaboration with sales and marketing.

  • Strong understanding of identity data models, contextual access and identity telemetry.

  • Experience and willingness to work with distributed global engineering teams.
