Job Title: Sr. Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Conga, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the roadmap for our AI-driven solutions—specifically focusing on Copilot, Copilot Studio, and advanced AI Insights for our CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) pillar. Conga thrives on solving complex business problems for our customers, and we’re looking for someone who can bridge the technical and business worlds to create products that our customers love. You’ll help shape our next phase of growth by leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies, including agents and large language models, to deliver compelling product experiences.

By bringing advanced Copilot features and AI-powered insights to CPQ, you’ll help transform the way enterprises handle their quote-to-cash processes. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, business value, and revenue growth as you innovate in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Are you the person we’re looking for?
Relevant Experience
- 6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with B2B SaaS products.
- Proven track record of building and launching new product features or standalone solutions with measurable market success.
- Background in CPQ or a strong understanding of the quote-to-cash process is a significant bonus.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, including Copilot, AI-driven agents, or large language model-based tools.
Research and Creativity
- Ability to gather insights from market trends, user feedback, and data analytics, then translate them into strategic product requirements.
- Comfortable running experiments and leveraging user research to refine features in Copilot Studio and other AI-driven functionalities.
- Capable of wireframing and collaborating with UX teams to create intuitive experiences that blend AI insights with user workflows.
Leadership skills
- Work cross-functionally with development, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver AI-centric features on time and within scope.
- Clearly communicate product vision and priorities to ensure teams stay aligned and motivated.
- Provide timely decisions to resolve system-level questions, manage feature backlogs, and help triage defects effectively.
Analyze and prioritize
- Use metrics and user feedback to evaluate feature performance and continuously refine your roadmap, especially for AI-based functionalities.
- Partner with stakeholders to balance feature requests, technical constraints, and market opportunities.
- Maintain clear communication about product release timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Customer experience
- Collaborate with marketing to promote new Copilot and AI features, ensuring customers understand the capabilities and benefits of these solutions.
- Gather direct feedback from users, translate insights into improvements, and help drive adoption of AI offerings.
- Document processes, logs, and outcomes to create a continuous feedback loop for product enhancements.
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent/higher.
