Senior Product Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong product management background, experience leading large projects, and have a well-rounded technical background. A great product manager sits at the intersection of business, technology, and design. The candidate also possesses a rock-solid background in data analysis, insight, and converting data into digestible business intelligence and actionable information. The candidate should also have a business background that enables them to support a process of researching, analyzing, and reporting on business development activity. You’ll be customer-obsessed, strategic, detail-oriented, and highly creative driving with the following primary responsibilities.

  • Participate in initiatives focused on globalization and accessibility, allowing you to understand and address the diverse needs of customers worldwide, thereby increasing your strategic acumen.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans across multiple departments, enhancing your strategic vision and cultivating leadership qualities necessary for driving product success.


Things You’ll Do

This role will drive launches from the strategic roadmap of the platform. Examples might include product iterations for the extensible portfolio of Qualtrics communication channels like Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and Slack. Or helping in areas like globalization and accessibility, truly expanding the reach of Qualtrics to every customer and employee in every organization worldwide. Or helping to build top compliance and critical features CIOs and CTOs expect from world-class enterprise products.


What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Lead and drive products within the context of a broader product goals, strategy and roadmap.
  • Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product requirements.
  • Understand Qualtrics’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.
  • Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute
  • Build and improve processes for collecting customer feedback, building requirements, and maintaining a long-term roadmap
  • Participate in the business development and partnership-building activities
  • Collaborate with other groups within the company to orchestrate successful product outcomes, including: Sciences teams, Engineering, Design, Technical Program Management, Delivery, Support, Customer Success, and Product Marketing
